摘要：

John Rawls' Justice Theory has motivated a number of critics and hence, the origin of new proposals. Precisely, the intention of this work is to make an analysis of the research carried out by Montserrat Salomon regarding the difficulties that arise from the first justice principle and the difference principle of Rawls, by following the critic made by Amartya Sen to the primary goods as justice indicators within a given society, which leads to the Capabilities Theory.
