Death Penalty from Bioethics and Human Rights

The purpose of this paper is to provide a reflection of the death penalty, based on human rights and essential premises of Bioethics. For that, it's necessary to start with some basics of this discipline, because they motivate to query about the contribution of science and technology directed to "more humane executions". Then the concepts of life, human being and dignity are used to emphasize the argument on human rights. At the end of the paper some principles of International Documents appealing to a development of the man from ethics overview have been discussed. Thus, it is anticipated that everything human has never been found in the annihilation of its own gender.
