摘要：

Eye disease occurs in approximately one third of patients with sarcoidosis. If left untreated, it can lead to permanent vision impairment, including blindness. The most common manifestation is uveitis, where the anterior tract involvement is usually self-limited, while the posterior tract involvement may progress to chronicity. The treatment of eye disease ranges from topical to systemic, such as methotrexate. Recent reports have shown that monoclonal antibodies that block tumor necrosis factor can be very effective for chronic refractory ocular sarcoidosis.
