摘要
Bremsstrahlung Isochromat spectra of polycrystalline copper are examined in the energy range of 25-220 eV above E(F) with a specialized Fourier transform formalism similar to EXAFS, which allows a separation of atomic-like and solid state contributions to the spectra, in order to enhance the precision of structure determinations.
