摘要
Phenol-degrading experiments were carried out batchwise using Acinetobacter calcoaceticus AH strain. Haldane formula kinetic parameters were determined by the trial and error method. It was shown thai the inhibition constant K(i) was about 450 mg/l irrespective of the initial condition, but that the maximum specific substrate removal rate constant k and saturation constant K(m) varied greatly depending on the initial concentration of phenol. The specific substrate removal rate at the start of each experiment was also formulated with the Haldane equation for the initial phenol concentration. With regard to the parameters in the equation, A. calcoaceticus AH strain possessed higher phenol-degrading ability than any other phenol-degrading microorganism and phenol-acclimated activated sludge.
