摘要
The diffraction of a plane wave through a Gaussian-apodized annular aperture lens is investigated. It is shown that in the focal plane of the lens, the amplitude distribution is the product of a zero-order Bessel function and a Gaussian. The field distribution around the geometrical focus is then investigated when a variety of parameters, such as the Fresnel number and the obscuration ratio of the aperture are varied.
