JOINT ESTIMATION OF PARAMETERS OF OBJECTS AND STATISTICAL CHARACTERISTICS ON NON-GAUSSIAN PERTURBATIONS

摘要：
A class of deterministic objects is considered upon which random uncontrollable perturbations with unknown probability densities operate. A method of joint estimation of parameters of the objects and cumulants of perturbations is proposed; this method is a generalization of the method of moments.
