摘要：
An expediency of aktovegin use in complex treatment of IBD was substantiated. The efficacy of therapy proposed was proved by positive dynamics of clinic, biochemical indices, improving of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation of brachial artery in test with reactive hyperemia and adaptive potential of patients.
