摘要
Accessibility is a concept with an open and quite abstract meaning, which seldomly is associated with costs and benefits or any other rational arguments to support its need of permanent improvement. There is no one powerful and lonely reason for this improvement, but a set of smaller arguments, here condensed into four: political (nondiscrimination), legal (law fulfilment), demographic (greying societies) and economical (social profitability). This article explains that reasons and analyzes different concepts related with accessibility and how it is understood today.
