Quality evaluation of university radio programs

This article presents a battery of instruments designed for self and expert assessment of the quality of radio programs created by amateur producers trained in online courses at the Iberoamerican School of Digital Radio. To that end, a quality indicators bank was made from a specialized bibliographical review and a set of interviews with experts in the radio field. From the bank of indicators four questionnaires were written with the purpose of facilitating self-assessment to volunteer producers belonging to online radio stations from universities. The questionnaires assessed the quality of their first scripts, their voice-over recordings and self-productions made in an artisanal manner. After applying the four questionnaires to a pilot group, the results obtained were subjected to the corresponding statistical treatments to determine their construct reliability and validity. They were also validated by expert judges from three different countries (professionals and researchers in the radio field) as to their content's pertinence, relevance and univocity. This work presents the second version of the questionnaires, together with the new statistical studies performed after their application in which their high reliability and validity are confirmed again.
