摘要
This communication discusses preliminary work in which vehicular sulfuric acid emissions were monitored continuously and nondestructively by measuring the surface resistance of filters during collection of H2SO4 aerosol generated by an oxidation catalyst-equipped vehicle. Present methods for measuring this exhaust component are neither suitable, nor readily adaptable for continuous, real time measurement, as they are batch procedures, involving integrated samples collected over a specific time interval, followed by analytical determination. © 1979 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
