POLARIZATION REVERSAL IN (NB, CO)-DOPED BATIO3 CERAMICS

摘要：
The nonlinear response of a one multilayer capacitor with (Nb, Co)-doped BaTiO3 ceramics to a single-pulse voltage is analyzed. The dependences of j(m), t(m)-1, log j(m) and j(m)t(s) upon the electric field E are compared to those of the barium titanate single-crystal. The experimental results are compared with some theoretical models.
