摘要
The present work should compare different theoretical descriptions of the geometrically nonlinear displacement-based formulation of solids and structures and elucidate critically. The consistent linearization of the incremental formulation accelerates crucially the convergence behaviour of the finite-rotation calculation of structures. The tensor-orientated formulation of nonlinear shell elements is applied to the Reissner-Mindlin theory.
