摘要
Uncontrolled pollution of the planet and the limited use of fossil fuels, humanity is forced to use alternative energy sources and develop new technologies that reduce emissions of pollutants and prevent further environmental pollution. Biomass is still the most widely used source of all renewable energy sources. Biomass combustion are produced pollutants but not so much as the combustion of fossil fuels. Combustion of biomass as a fuel, does not produce the pollutants such as sulfur compounds, which participate in the creation of acid rain. The subject of this paper analyzes the results of measuring the composition of flue gases from the furnace as fuel use bales of straw. We examined nine boilers for hot water output of 40-750 kW that are produced as Serbia. The results of measurement showed that the increased levels of carbonmonoxide due to lower boilers efficiency and low temperature combustion.
