摘要：
Based on renting method of natural resources assessment the technique of economic efficiency assessment of certification measures is suggested. The analysis of voluntary forest certification development in the Arkhangelsk region has been carried out taking into account the factor of certification risk, its economic efficiency and payback terms for certification costs of the biggest forest holdings.
