The article presents the essence of the concepts "professional culture of the leader of comprehensive educational establishment" and "professionalism of the leader of comprehensive educational establishment"; characterizes constituents, levels and types of professionalism of the leader of general comprehensive establishment; analyzes intercommunication between head master's professionalism and professional culture.
