Statement of the problem. The problem of operational reliability and durability of wall structures is defined by low durability of insulating material - polyurethane foam (PUF). The paper presents the research materials filled with the possibility of increasing the durability of polyurethane. Converter slag and microsilica (a waste of metallurgical production) were used as fillers. Results. According to the results of the tests of samples of polyurethane foams dependences presented in semilogarithmic lg tau - sigma were obtained. These dependences are called "reverse beam", they are linear and form a family of fan-shaped lines that converge at a single point for large values of durability and low values of sigma. Conclusions. According to the results of the research and regulatory requirements projected lifespan unfilled polyurethane foam panel structure of the coating is about 40 years, while that of the foam-filled converter slag is about 75 years, and that of foam-filled silica gel is about 85 years.
