摘要
The critical examination of space is valuable for illumining apocalyptic literature which made rich use of spatial categories, both imagined and real. Descriptions and signifiers of space and place reveal human appraisals and categorization as well as perspectives of privilege and oppression. In addition to providing an overview of spatial theory, the article demonstrates how critical spatiality clarifies construction of space, theologies, and the vantage of communities in several apocalyptic texts.
