摘要
The first direct synthesis of an isobacteriochlorin, in model compound 3, has been achieved by combining the corrinoid A/B component 1 (RCN or COOtBu) with the porphinoid partner 2 (RBr). Isobacteriochlorins are of interest in connection with the biosynthesis of vitamin B12. (Figure Presented.) Copyright © 1979 by Verlag Chemie, GmbH, Germany
