摘要
It is true that the Law 35/2010, of September 17th, deals almost entirely with matters either directly or indirectly linked to the legal discipline of the labor market, as can be deduced from the statement concerning the wide areas it includes: from temporary contracting to redundancies, passing through the reduction of absenteeism or the modification of work conditions with the extension and reinforcement of the derogation mechanisms of the collective agreement. It is no less surprising that its immediate purpose is none other than to provide answers to a triple objective: to avoid massive job losses, to create jobs and to reduce job insecurity. However, it should not be forgotten that this law falls far short, with a serious lack of content, and that it announces or promises many future reforms. It can thus be labeled an inconclusive law.
