摘要
Siliceous cubic Y (FAU) and hexagonal Y (EMT) materials are synthesised and characterised. The effect of varying the amount of template (crown ethers) and of adding fluoride ions to the synthesis gel on the morphology and crystal size of product crystals is discussed. Smaller, more uniform, crystals were obtained when fluoride ions were added to the synthesis mixtures.
