摘要
The confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) can be used for simultaneous eye movement measurement and precise placement of the test stimulus on the desired retinal location. We have implemented a two-point vernier hayperacuity test on the SLO. This stimulus paradigm has been used to investigate the quality, nature and site of an observer's fixation as a function of time while performing this task. This stimulus configuration is ideal for studying various types of eye movements such as drifts, tremor, saccades, microsaccades and tracking eye movements.
