摘要
The power of FT infrared spectroscopy for the study of molecular processes in ultrathin organic films is illustrated using a number of examples taken from our recent work on potential electronic device structures. In situ measurements taken during the simulation of functional processes (changes of temperature, concentration, etc.) enable a fundamental understanding of structure/property correlations to be achieved. Such understanding then points the way to new chemical design for improved materials.
