摘要
This paper outlines how control valve performance affects process variability in paper mills, defines the control valve characteristics that cause these variations, describes equip ment used to test control valve performance, presents test results sn two control valves, and suggests how to specify and verify control valve performance to assure that a control system will indeed minimize process variability and improve quality.
