摘要：
In this essay seeks to revise the models of time and memory designed by the historiography of art and present some theoretical reflections, prompted by recent epistemological debates and the exhaustion of the unitary character of the discipline and totalizing theories, which conditioned the systematization, based on approximate chronological order and evolutionary selected images in search of meaning and coherence. In recent decades, there have been revisions made in this field of knowledge, concerning the problems revealed in the paradigms of modernity and scientific questions of image, memory and time have been reviewed by historians and art historians, in order to rethink their conceptions and research methods involved.
