摘要：
Nowadays international relations (IR) are still getting network structure. A network interaction means relations between the actors inside it. As a result, public, regional, "network" and e-diplomacy have appeared. Thus, contemporary diplomacy should defend traditional values and interests and also be flexible to react to new challenges and threats.
