摘要：
Three methods for determining the avidity of antibodies to single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) have been compared. None of the 3 methods was totally satisfactory but for theoretical and practical reasons the measurement of avidity by determination of dissociation rate is considered the most appropriate. © 1978.
