The undoubted importance and urgent need for in-depth development of complex scientific issues to develop effective variants use of existing and finding new resources as well as studies of successful tools of social economy sub regions of Southern Russia due to the fact that in modernizing the constant search for improving the competitiveness of reserves was prerequisite for efficient and sustainable territorial development.
