摘要
Predictors of postdivorce relationships were examined for parents and their adult offspring using longitudinal data from a sample of 210 White adults, ages 18-25, whose parents had recently divorced Regression analyses revealed that three types of factors were linked to postdivorce relationship outcomes: pre- and postdivorce family processes and divorce-related situations. Specific predictors of relationship outcomes varied by gender of both parent and child. Implications for intervention with families experiencing later life divorce are presented
