In this paper we analyze the impact of the first North American psychologists. The aim of this is to study their influence in the psychology of 20th century and recover their work. For this purpose, we have selected eight pioneer women psychologists of American men of science's book, by Cattell, in 1906. And by means of a bibliometric methodology we have examined the information of the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), from 1900 until 1999. The results indicate they have received a high number of citations along the years. The topics work by first women have explicitly show for this first time whose are where women are been fundamentally related with perception, children psychology, history of psychology and Language. While journals belong to perception, general psychology, history and children psychology fields. In conclusion, the analysis of citations indicated the presence of their works in the psychology of the 20th century. They have realised an important contribution to this field.
