摘要：

.ggravation of national-religious contexts of identity among young people leads to an exacerbation of interpersonal relationships among students, and as a result, racism and xenophobia. Applying their work humanistic technology training and education, curators can significantly affect the formation of a unified corporate culture of the institution to provide psychological, organizational and pedagogical conditions for the creation of a comfortable human environment as a key component of the social situation of development of the personality of the modern professional.
