摘要
Humidity sensing characteristics of the MO-WO3 (M-Mg, Zn, Ni, Mn) system have been investigated. The alkaline metal ions such as Li+, Na+ and K+ were added to improve the humidity sensing characteristics of the MO-WO3 system. Its impedance decreases with increasing relative humidity in the range 25-95% and depends on additives. Among these additives, K was effective for its improvement. The hysteresis characteristics of these compounds are not so good compared with those of other ceramic humidity sensors.
