摘要：
The article is dedicated to the formation of the political image of Emperor Constantine the Great in Latin panegyrics. The problem is examined on the basis of four eulogies. The author studies the problem of the qualities of a Roman emperor, as well as the methods of << idealization >> of political image. The attitudes of authors of the panegyrics are studied from the point of the panegyric genre.
