摘要：
Modern practice of fight against the organized crime is unthinkable without the application of special measures on providing safety of the participants of a criminal procedure and defending them from possible criminal trespasses. The confidence of witnesses and victims is in their own security and the security of the near; the absence of pressure on them from the side of persons, counteractive investigation are the necessary terms of the effective realization of justice.
