摘要：
Rats trained to discriminate between phencyclidine [PCP] and saline vehicle were used to test various agents for their ability to mimic or block the PCP cue. Ketamine, dexoxadrol, tiletamine and PCP analogs mimicked behavioral effects of PCP. Treatment with the adenosine receptor agonists, N6-cyclohexyladenosine and L-phenylisopropyladenosine, blocked the discriminative properties of PCP. Adenosine receptor agonists might be useful in treating [human] PCP-induced psychosis.
