摘要:
Noli me tangere can be considered an iconographical study of Professor Jean-Luc Nancy's work "Deconstruction of Christianity". Based on the Resurrection Scene in John when Jesus said "noli me tangere", Nancy uses art theory to deconstructs such motifs as "body and spirit" or "the glorious body" which emerged from traditional understandings of resurrection. He also proposes that the truth of "Resurrection" exists preciesly in this "departing", or "abandoning", not in the re-dwelling or a return to uniformity. Nancy's study has raised questions about the multiple semantic meanings of "noli me tangere," and in one sense presents a further reflection on the problem of "touch" in Christianity.
