摘要
This paper aims to analyse, by the descriptive method, the general concept of rural school, the type of rural school and how it works. So, based on the discussion about teaching staff where participants were teachers working in rural primary school, it was concluded that: rural schools are all those which are situated in the most remote locations of towns and not beneficed even other social services and its inhabitants live from agriculture, hunting and fishing. There is no full functioning of schools by privation management capabilities.
