摘要
Electrochemical methods for the determination of trace levels of biopolymers are now common. Differential pulse voltammetry is perhaps the most widely used of these methods at present, but literature is cited which suggests that the development of stable modified electrodes may make amperometric detection in high-performance liquid chromatographic systems the favored electrochemical method for these compounds in coming years. Recent developments in stripping analysis are described; the combination of adsorptive accumulation with medium transfer has promise as a method for the estimation of concentrations of biopolymers in mul-scale samples. Trends in fundamental studies of biopolymers, especially when entrained in organic films on electrodes, are described.
