摘要：

Cases (42) of patients with contact dermatitis from an antimycotic agent, pyrrolnitrin, are reported. Patch testing produced positive allergic reactions in 41 cases and an irritant reaction in 1 case. The allergic contact dermatitis was generally associated with a characteristic widespread secondary eruption resembling erythema multiforme.
