Health Tourism Bonds

Health tourism, whose one point leans on natural resources and the other point leans on humanly and financial resources, is an important branch of tourism. In Turkey, the development of health tourism and development of general tourism depend on planning of these resources. In this article, just a proposal in the axis of financial resources is developed, the other types of resources are not taken into consideration. Thus, in Turkey, how the sector of health tourism, by means of "guaranteed-privileged bonds" which will be published in the institution and rule of the market of capital, will be developed and in this way how to assist the sector of general tourism is tried to be researched. The benefits the guaranted-privileged bonds will provide the sides are very important. i) This type of bond, on account of being both guaranteed and privileged, for the exporter companies is a very appealing means of loan. ii) It provides various advantages such as discount in income tax for the investor who wants to good use his saving with high profit. iii) Because a variety and an atmosphere of alternative will be provided, the market of capital will be very much able to do its duty for mediation of pouring the saving to real economy. iv) The state also, for example, will have transfered an income about the amount of tax which it did not collect from its bond investor or from institutions and companies and it will have provided benefit for its level of prosperity. v) In conclusion, foreign investor, according to the reality of globalization, will be able to go into the inclination of seeing the bonds of health tourism as a new and productive window of opportunity.
