摘要：
The article introduces the concept of "perversion of law" in its three figures: escape of law, discriminatory legality and autarchy zone, discussing at last six cases of perversion of law. The article shows that "to pervert the law" means to keep it away from public control, giving lawful appearance to arbitrary acts. Based on that concept, the paper describes "perversion of law" cases within CTNBio, sports law, fiscal policy, city law, tax secrecy and internship work.
