Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of different copolymers of octafluoroamilmethacrylate with methacrylic acid were deposited. At 20% molar content of methacrylic acid the LB films deposited on silicon are flat and have a uniform thickness, as demonstrated by well-defined Kiessig fringes in the X-ray reflectivity curve. The possibility of including of copolymer bilayers into LB superlattices in alternation with cadmium arachidate bilayers is shown. Spacings of such superlattices, calculated from the positions of Bragg peaks, are proportional to the numbers of copolymer bilayers included in the unit cell. The thickness of a single copolymer bilayer equals 20 +/- 1 angstrom.
