摘要
The effect of triple-DELTA degrees of freedom on the triton binding energy (E(T)) is gauged using the Argonne V28 and Hannover-DELTA-models. The DELTA-DELTA-DELTA three-body force is found to contribute only a few keV of additional attraction to the triton binding, and is thus negligible relative to the few-hundred-keV scale set by NN-DELTA and N-DELTA-DELTA contributions. Consequently, previous results for DELTA-contributions to E(T) require no correction for omitted DELTA-DELTA-DELTA configurations, despite the fact that DELTA-effects involving fewer than threee-DELTA's largely cancel. The trinuclear DELTA-DELTA-DELTA wave function component is found to be similarly reduced from NN-DELTA and N-DELTA-DELTA levels.
