Nuclear resonance spectra for Cu(1) and Cu(2) sites in YBa2(Cu1-xFex)3O7-y were investigated with the systematic change of x. NQR signals could be observed up to x = 0.06 at 100K. The x dependences of their integrated intensities indicate that the both Cu sites located in the four unit cells around the Fe impurity substituting for the Cu(1) site escape from the observation.
