摘要：

Bilateral sacroiliac joint fracture-dislocation of the sacrum with displacement is a rare injury. We found only four such injuries previously reported in the literature. Nonoperative management in this case led to complete functional return and acceptable alignment. © 1990 by The Williams and Wilkins Co.
