摘要：

An X-ray bremsstrahlung detector has been developed for a digital meter designed to operate in an X-ray apparatus and measure voltages up to 100 kV. At the heart of the detector is a multiple p-Si photoelectric element which uniquely analyzes the attenuation parameters of the working beam in the converter which in turn are related to the generation voltages that are being measured.
