摘要
Magnetic phase diagram of NdRu2Si2 has been constructed by measurements of magnetization and neutron diffraction in magnetic fields using a single crystal. Four magnetic phases appear below T(N) = 23 K: (1) an antiferromagnetic phase with the wave vector k1 = [0. 13, 0.13, 01 for 23 K > T > 8 K at low fields, (2) a ferrimagnetic phase with k1 and k2 = [0.26, 0, 0] having about a half saturation moment for 23 K > T > 16 K around 0.55-0.8 T, (3) a ferrimagnetic phase with k1 having a small ferromagnetic component for T < 8 K at very low fields, (4) a forced ferromagnetic phase at a high field for all temperatures.
