摘要：
This paper provides a critical analysis of Theological Reflection. Recent decades have witnessed the recognition of theology as "multi-directional" or both top down and bottom up. Theological Reflection is a key expression of this approach to doing theology. Thus Practical Theology is no longer simply the "lower order" theological activity; but integrated into the whole enterprise.
