Six antimony phosphates, K//3Sb//3P//2O//1//4, xH//2O, KSb//2PO//8, KSbP//2O//8, SbOPO//4, K//2SbPO//6, and K//5Sb//5P//2O//2//0, have been studied by vibrational spectroscopies: infrared absorption and Raman diffusion. An assignment of the observed frequencies is given, more particularly for the stretching P-O and Sb-O domains. The number of bridging and unshared oxygen atoms in the PO//4 groups has been related to the highest nu //a//s (P-O) frequency of the spectra. For the three types of Sb-O bonds the frequency ranges have been specified.
