Cuba magazine (1962-1969): distinctive features and historical context. Challenges of a necessary project

The main elements of the proposed is to analyze the characteristics that distinguished the magazine Cuba during 1962-1969, resulting from the action of mediators communication and interaction with the national and international context are exposed. In researching the methodological triangulation be applied simultaneously by combining the synthetic, historical and logical analytic methods; and, bibliometric techniques, document analysis and semi-standardized interview. The challenge is to rescue the historical memory for graphics, communication and cultural values that had to post it on it is very limited information existing, and the entire collection is in a few libraries in the country. The results will contribute to enriching the history of the Cuban press in the first decade of the Revolution, and knowledge of this important magazine by new generations.
